At the end of 2025, the team at That Boutique-y Whisky Company delved through the treasures in their warehouse and chose a handful of the best single casks to bottle for a limited edition series. We can see why this belter from Bushmills made the cut!
Independently bottled Bushmills. Not something you see every day! This Irish single malt whiskey spent 22 years maturing, including a finish in a Maury wine cask. The sweet French wine delivers elegant notes of milk chocolate and sultana to the creamy, fruity malt at its core. A release of 390 bottles, complete with holographic labels! Shiny.
Learn the story behind these whiskies, and their labels from Boutique-y Dave, over on the blog!
That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles limited edition whiskies from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blends, all adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels. The brand won Spirits Bottler of the Year at the 2023 Spirits Business Awards, and Blender of the Year went to Sam Simmons, captain of the Boutique-y clan who oversees every one of these releases.
Creamy toffee, sweet, milky tea, peach sorbet, and a touch of mango puree. Toasty notes of wafer, sultana sponge, Basque cheesecake, and milk chocolate nestle beneath.
Crème caramel and chewy old oak collide, candied tropical fruits dance with subtler notes of peaches and plums, while banana chips and earthy cigar box spice mingle throughout.
Rich oaken spice is kept in check by layers of burnt vanilla custard and sultanas. Gently drying yet still creamy, with lingering fruit, chewy spice, Rolos, and blonde tobacco.
