Peated Staoisha single malt, distilled at Islay's Bunnahabhain in 2020. The whisky spent six years maturing in a first-fill cask that previously held Garrison Brothers bourbon, yielding an outturn of 120 bottles when it was opened in 2026. Expect layers of menthol and earthy smoke, coupled with rich fruitcake spice here.

Nose
Barley sugar sweeties and damp peat smoke, mint freshness, and rock pool minerality.
Palate
Bold, smouldering peat, chewy grist, green apples, and coal smoke lead to fruity poached pear sweetness and candied peels.
