Sherry
Part of the 2026 Island Hopping series, this 2004 vintage Bunnahabhain has spent its full maturation in sherry butts and hogsheads before bottling at 55% ABV. The selected cask leans into drier, earthier sherry tones while keeping that unmistakable Bunnahabhain saltiness front and centre. There is a nod to those early 1990s 12-year-old bottlings in the structure and restraint. Just 296 bottles drawn.
Leafy and mineral with salty sherry, walnut skins, cedarwood, gentle spice and a clean maritime edge.
Full-bodied and coastal with salted nuts, dried fruits, polished oak and warming spices.
Long, elegant and drying with lingering salinity and soft sherried depth.
