Sherry

An 18 year old Bunnahabhain single malt here from Chorlton Whisky, which was matured in a single sherry butt since February 2002. It was eventually bottled up at cask strength, without any chill-filtration or additional colouring, with an outturn of 322 bottles. The label features a two people picking flowers on it, though one looks more enthusiastic than the other.
Orange peel and nougat, with a little whiff of mocha in there for good measure.
Toasted brioche, tangy clementine, dried fruit and pink peppercorn.
Peanut brittle, shortbread and chocolate.
