Wine Cask
Distilled at Bunnahabhain in 2008, this single malt spent the final two years of its 13-year maturation in a Margaux Bordeaux wine cask. In 2022, a total of 383 bottles were independently released by Murray McDavid for the Benchmark collection.
Dense buttered malt loaf, dark chocolate cranberries, toasted nuts, and floral barley.
Cinnamon pastries lead to jammy fruit and berries, with layers of mouthcoating malt and sweet baking spice.
Poached stone fruits, floral tea, and oily oak.
