The 2025 Cask Strength release of Bunnahabhain’s beloved 12 Year Old showcases the distillery’s unpeated, sherry-kissed house style at full natural strength, 56.4% ABV. Matured predominantly in second-fill oloroso sherry casks on the north-eastern coast of Islay, it's presented non-chill filtered and with no added colour. This is a whisky that rewards both neat sipping and the addition of a few drops of water to unlock its floral and creamy depths.
Golden raisins and ripe apricots layered with toasted hazelnuts, soft oak, and a light floral lift.
Malty sweetness and supple oak, intertwined with sultanas, hazelnuts, caramel, and a dusting of gentle spice.
Lingering oak spice and light tobacco with a touch of sea salt and cocoa.
