Bruichladdich
Scotland
Single Malt
Bruichladdich's Fèis Ìle 2013 festival bottling was a tribute to Jim McEwan's impressive “50 years of whisky creation”. A vatting of various selected vintages, just 700 bottles were released.
This bottle was part of a private collection - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!
Sweet barley, yellow and green Wine Gums, hints of corn and raspberry. A little grist develops with butterscotch and Kettle chips!
White pepper and pear skin.
A slight saltiness alongside light fruit tang.
A very tasty Bruichladdich. Sláinte Jim!
Another prime Bruichladdich. The now expected fruity whisky, with a twist, from Jim - a mere 50 years in the industry. Buy a bottle - you won't regret it - and raise a glass to Jim McEwan as he starts his 6th decade of producing amazing drams. Slainte.
