Description
Distilled on 13 April 2015 using Concerto barley, this unpeated Bruichladdich matured for nine years in a first-fill Bordeaux wine cask. It was bottled on 25 March 2025 at natural cask strength, without added colour or chill filtration. The active red wine cask adds dark fruit and spice to Bruichladdich’s sweet malt and coastal minerality. Cask 3127 yielded 233 bottles.

Nose
Black cherry, redcurrant, sweet malt, sea breeze, and baking spice.
Palate
Dark berries, barley sugar, plum, black pepper, and firm oak tannins.
Finish
Coastal salinity, red fruit, spice, and drying oak.
