Originally released as a duty-free exclusive as part of Bruichladdich’s Re/Define range, this is an unpeated 21 Year Old Islay single malt. The whisky was distilled from 100% Scottish barley and matured in a cask recipe of 80% bourbon and 20% sherry casks, while the packaging is made from recyclable paper pulp shaped to fit the bottle, all crafted using 100% green energy.
Marshmallow fluff, warehouse funk, burnt toffee, and dried figs. The coastal DNA emerges in sea spray and beach pebbles, finishing with a fresh lift of lemon and orange zest.
Bright and juicy orange juice, pineapple, and lemon sherbet burst onto the tongue, followed by vanilla bonbons and sticky marmalade. Toffee apples bring a rounded sweetness, backed by a gently maritime mineral note.
Long, balanced, and warming, with sweet citrus and soft spice hanging in harmony.
