The first of two special releases that marked the acquisition and rebirth of Bruichladdich distillery, distilled in 1998 under the previous ownership. 2,500 bottles were produced, matured in bourbon casks and originally released for Fèis Ìle 2011.

Butterscotch and vanilla. Notes of toffee apple, smoke and cinnamon.
Rich and very complex with oodles of intensely sweet spices, as well as more of those toffee apples, some black pepper and candy floss.
Good length, rich, golden syrup and rum spices.
