A single cask bottling of single malt from the Brackla Distillery, independently released by Duncan Taylor. This expression spent 15 years maturing between 2006 and 2022, including a finishing period in a Cognac cask, imparting some richly rounded notes of vinous fruit. A release of 494 bottles.
Melted caramel, lemon curd, grapes, pears, and sultanas.
The orchard fruits continue, alongside sweetly spicy malt and crumbly vanilla fudge.
Creamy custard and earthy oak, dark chocolate brings bitter balance to the honey sweetness.
