Seaside salt and wood smoke with a thick malty sweetness. Toffee caramels and dark chocolate.
More thick toffee and dried fruit, particularly figs and raisins. Light wood smoke and mild oak with black treacle.
Dried fruit, continuing the toffee theme with a long lingering sweet smoke finish.
A rich, fruity Bowmore with a pleasingly thick sweetness.

I bought a bottle at Glasgow airport on 6 Dec 12 for considerably less than the price quoted above. If you like Bowmore, you'll love this. It is significantly smoother on the pallate and coats the tongue with sweetness, toffee and smoke. Fantastic.
