Originally a distillery exclusive, this impressive Bowmore release celebrates the legacy of David Simson, the founder of the Islay distillery. It was matured for two decades in a sherry-tastic mix of oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks before being bottled at a cask strength 50.7% ABV.
