A 19 year old single malt from the Bowmore distillery, independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. That lifeguard from the nearby pool (which Bowmore heats using waste heat from its stills) is still pretty miffed.

Redcurrant and smoked sea salt, with a pinch of oak-y cassia developing underneath.
Floral at first, then full-on smoke arrives on the palate. A bit of Christmas-y spice in the background.
Ash, allspice and raisin.
