Whisky Sponge and Decadent Drinks are back with another belter, it's an 18-year-old single malt from Bowmore. Distilled in 2003, the whisky was matured in a sherry butt, then another sherry butt, imparting delicious fruit and spice to the coastal peat smoke and powerful malt at its core.
