Distilled at Blair Athol in 2009, this single malt Scotch was treated to a 12 year stay in a single bourbon cask. After all that time, the cask was opened up by indie bottler Chapter 7, releasing a total of 299 bottles for the Monologue series.
Peanut brittle, vanilla pod, honey, and cinnamon.
Spiced fruit with fresh pastries and more cinnamon spice. A touch of liquorice lingers beside creamy vanilla fudge.
A touch of gingerbread, caramel, and buttered popcorn balance sweet spices and peppery oak.
