This single malt from Blair Athol spent 11 years maturing in a bourbon hogshead. The cask was cracked open by independent bottler Dràm Mòr, releasing a total of 305 bottles at a hearty 56% ABV.
Vanilla, butterscotch, and wafers, with toasted oak and soft peaches in tow.
Peaches and apricots are joined by vanilla cream and sweet citrus zest, with buttery malt and peppery spices beneath.
Malted Milk biscuits and sweet stone fruits balance warming waves of oaken spice.
