A Flora and Fauna release from the Blair Athol distillery, this 12 year old exudes sherry and Christmas pudding notes with spice. Blair Athol does not receive the acclaim it so thoroughly deserves.
Nutty with sherried notes. Gentle oak char. Crisp.
Good body, malty and sweet. Citrus and the peels thereof.
Toasty oak, syrup. Good sweetness, bittersweet, drying.

Tried many over the years , took a punt at this ….. all I can say is wow …. Stunning whiskey … nose to finish …. Will be stocking up. My favourite by a mile.
a very smooth, sweet sherried whisky for a great distillery. a little dearer than most 12 yr olds, but if you like smooth and sherry then this is for you..
Great Highland whisky from the picturesque town Pitlochry. Fruity, woody, oak and spice in the bottle. No smoke, no peat just sherry flavour. Great choice if you looking for a little bit spicy and fruity whisky.
This whisky is undescribably fabulous in every way. Going to stock up with more for Xmas!
A little water opens this up perfectly. Lots of sweetness, caramel and raisins- very moreish.
