A Flora and Fauna release from the Blair Athol distillery, this 12 year old exudes sherry and Christmas pudding notes with spice. Blair Athol does not receive the acclaim it so thoroughly deserves.
Nutty with sherried notes. Gentle oak char. Crisp.
Good body, malty and sweet. Citrus and the peels thereof.
Toasty oak, syrup. Good sweetness, bittersweet, drying.

Purchased this little gem when on buy 1 get 1 half price. Absolute bargain. From nose to finish a fine smooth sherried full of fruit highland malt. One of my favourites will definitely buy again.
Nice malt. Just as described in the tasting notes. Bought on offer but not sure if I would buy again at full price.
I am so glad that I bought four bottles of this oaky, sherry malt. Delicious. Firmly in my top ten from now on.
Took a punt on this whilst it was on offer. I like edradour but this is even better in my view. Richer and smooth. Will be getting it again in the future.
This is so nice and smooth, a true delight to drink. I will be buying again.
