One of a trio of 2017 releases from Bladnoch celebrating the reopening of the distillery in the Lowland region. The Adela 15 Year Old expression is crafted using whiskies matured in both American and Spanish oak Oloroso Sherry butts.
Walnut and coffee cake, juicy cherries and a hint of lemongrass.
Chocolatey and rich, with notes of strawberry, liquoirce and clove in tow.
Quite long and packed with Oloroso sweetness.

The outstanding quality of whisky that I’ve had lately aged in oloroso sherry butts makes me wonder if I shouldn’t just go straight to the sherry!
Very nice scotch. We bought ours from Liquor Market, Maroochydore and paid $170.00 very disappointing as they are supposed to beat any prices.
Bought this for my wedding and popped it open among many friends and whiskey buffs. We had cigars for everyone as well to go along with it. Everyone who drank it had a very good impression just from the smell alone, myself included. Then you taste it and it just lingers with an amazing finish... I am very impressed by this bottling and would gladly buy it again
