A very good, cask-strength 9 year old malt from the Bladnoch distillery. Surprising fullness which belies the dearth of its years. Its label features a nice little illustration of some Belted Galloway cows. Nice to have cows on a bottle.
Creamy and buttery with notes of soft, dried citrus peels, salty caramel and violet.
Gentle and lightly spiced, with notes of pannacotta, toffee apples, nutmeg and cinnamon. Apple danishes.
Lemon zest and runny honey.
