A 12 year old single malt from Orkney, independently bottled up by Berry Bros. & Rudd after maturing from 2007 to 2019. You'll note that we didn't mention which Orkney-based distillery was behind this one. That's because... We don't know. The BB&R team are keeping their lips sealed, but considering there aren't all that many distilleries on Orkney, you might be able to figure it out.
Dry barley with a bit of sea breeze wafting past, followed by sugared almond and apricot.
Salted caramel tart, soft hints of heather, and toasted bread with butter.
Oily oak lasts long on the finish.
