Blackcurrant wine gums and cassis dominate, then white chocolate and milk bottle sweets. Roasted malt and subtle coffee notes provide depth, while orange zest and dried herbs bring brightness.
Dark fruit coulis with a savoury herbal undertone that balances the sweetness, with suggestions of clove and liquorice root. Oak spice and tannins from the Margaux cask give structure.
