Best Sherried Speyside Malt, amazing finish.
This has to be the most beautiful Sherried Malt I have tasted, there is no burn from the 100 proof it's just silky smooth syrup cascading down your throat, what an amazing finish. Very well made Malt

One of the best
This whisky deserves a five star rating due to its finish alone. It continues for minuts, wave after wave with smoke, oak and sherry, each taking the spotligt, one after one. Beautiful stuff!
I read that this expression has been discontinued, which is a real shame, indeed.

Just perfect.
Pure perfection. One of the finest 10 y.o. on the market. Majestic and deep, like expensive pipe tobacco.. The smoke is so well integrated and balanced. It gives off the vibe of some old school, uncompromising stuff.

My Favourite Dram
This bottle is so ridiculously good in terms of quality and value. If you like deep earthiness, stewed fruit, smoke and complexity this is your dram. I add as much as 2-3 teaspoons of water to a 35ml dram of this and let it rest for at least 10-15 minutes. It retains depth beyond it's ABV after water but really opens up. My only 10/10 bottle. For reference I love the regular strength bottling, and gravitate towards brands like Glengoyne, Glenfarclas, Springbank, Lagavulin and Ardbeg. This imperial strength bottle can compete in-terms of depth with much older whiskies if age is an issue for you.

Some of the finest Speyside has to offer
It's true what they say about Benromach 10 100° that it's a gorgeous unique Speyside scotch, amongst the finest in any range age and price.
A beautifully balanced combination of bourbon casks and Oloroso sherry casks with a slightly peated spirit.
It's a complex interplay between creamy vanilla, nuts, roasted coffee beans, chocolate, dark fruits and salted caramel.
When you let it breathe and open up the nose on this is one of the best, very oldskool. Those aromas of freshly roasted coffee beans, nuts and chocolate is truly something to behold.
Bottled at a respectable 57% ABV non-chill filtered and non-colored this robust whisky is still friendly and accesible to anyone with patience yet it respects the purist, the spirit and the traditions too.
The 100° has big flavors but is gentle at 57% this is matured very well.
It has enough body to take some water and opens up with a few drops, patience is rewarded with this one.
I am not a peat or Islay fan but this is top shelf scotch and one of my favorites.
Gordon & MacPhail crafted an undervalued gem.
The Benromach 10 100° holds its own against many other older more expensive whiskies, this punches well above its weight.
It is an absolutely stunning complex rich and balanced traditional Speyside scotch.
