SMWS 36.140 20 Year Old 1997 70cl Whisky

The Scotch Malt Whisky Society has a habit of bottling superb single cask whiskies, and this edition, 'Banishes all cares', is no exception. It was distilled at Benrinnes back in 15th August 1997 and matured in a refill ex-bourbon barrel for 20 years, then bottled at 57.1% ABV. The outturn was just 192 bottles.
