This single malt was distilled at Speyside's Benrinnes in 2011 and popped into a single hogshead, where it remained for nine years. After that time of rest, the whisky was awoken by the folks at Fable, who independently bottled it up in 2021 for us all to enjoy.
Sweet vanilla fudge, toffee popcorn, buttered toast with honey, gentle oak.
Buttery popcorn, lemon zest, tangy plums, with a touch of cinnamon and nutty sourdough.
Butterscotch and nutmeg meet oily barley, malty biscuits, vanilla, and baking spice.
