A Darkness indie bottling of Benrinnes single malt Scotch whisky, matured for 14 years and given a finish in specially-coopered Pedro Ximénez octave casks. Much smaller than your standard-sized cask, octaves allow for more interaction between the wood and whisky, making for a marvellous flavour profile packed full of sherried excellence.
