The team at indie bottler Chapter 7 picked out a cracking cask of single malt from the Benrinnes Distillery for this expression! Distilled in 2009 and matured for a dozen years in an Oloroso sherry hogshead, a total of 324 bottles were eventually released for the ongoing Monologue series.

Dates and sultanas, zesty orange peels, and buttery barley lead to nutty notes of maple syrup and cedar.
