Benrinnes plus sherry casks always equal something delicious, the creamy single malt combines superbly with all that sherried sweetness and spice. This single malt finished its 11-year maturation in an oloroso sherry octave cask, under the expert supervision of the gang at Darkness. Smaller casks mean more chance for the whisky and the wood to interact, so you can expect hearty helpings of sherry influence here.
