Independently bottled single malt from the Benrinnes Distillery, distilled back in 2010 and bottled at 56.2% after being finished in a Pauillac red wine cask. Interesting stuff from The Whisky Cellar.
Cookie dough, red berries, vanilla, and cinnamon sticks.
Allspice prickles through orange oil, toffee chip biscuits, and stewed apples.
Layers of oak and just a hint of heather honey.
