Benriach Quarter Cask (1L)
A litre bottle of Benriach Quarter Cask, which is first aged in bourbon barrels before a second maturation in bespoke quarter casks. The smaller casks allow for more interaction between the wood and whisky, amplifying those buttery, woody flavours we know and love.

Dried apple, candied lemon, creamy vanilla, and peppy oak.
Palate
Apricot jam, cooked pear, brown sugar, and creamy barley.
Finish
Cinnamon butter on a sweet and spicy finish.
