Sherry
Distilled at Benriach in 2013, this single malt spent eight years resting in a sherry butt before bottling in 2022. A total of 1,805 bottles join the Strictly Limited collection from indie bottler Càrn Mòr, non-chill filtered, and without any added colour.
Toffee Crisp bars and chocolate raisins, with juicy stewed stone fruits and a dusting of cinnamon.
Currants and berries with winter spices and drizzles of dark honey lead to dark chocolate and layers of nutty oak.
Runny caramel balances drying oak, while honeycomb, pepper, and nutmeg linger.
