This 33-year-old Speysider is the result of patience and sherry cask wizardry. Distilled in 1990, it was finished in a Ximénez-Spínola PX sherry barrique – that’s not your everyday PX either. Just 260 bottles were drawn, and they’re brimming with juicy richness.
Stewed apples, sticky toffee pudding, fig jam.
Caramel sauce, spiced plums, toasted walnuts, orchard fruits.
Treacle, leathery oak, warming cinnamon.
