Fresh melon and vanilla ice cream then wood spice that develops warmer notes with the addition of water.
Spicy with a sweet stroke of vanilla. Finally soft calve's leather on the tail.
The vanilla, raisin and melon notes form a mouth-watering flavour profile but there is a leathery quality that highlights the age this malt is packing.
