This is a single cask bottling of BenRiach single malt Scotch whisky, finished in a barrel which previous held Burgundy wine. It was distilled in August 1991 and bottled in June 2016 with an outturn of 265 bottles. It was released as part of BenRiach's 13th batch of single cask bottlings.
A perfect balance of dark Mediterranean fruits and black pepper with delicate floral oak characters and a hint of clove oil.
Rich orange bitters infused through fresh cranberry juice. Crisp rose water and steeped barley bring an elegance and contrast to the powerful fruit characters.
