Lovely single malt from the Benriach Distillery, independently bottled by Duncan Taylor as part of the Dimensions range. This single cask Speysider was distilled back in December 2008 and matured for 12 years before bottling at cask strength in March 2021, with an outturn of 304 bottles.
Vanilla fudge and boozy fruit with clotted cream.
Tangy oak, apricots, and apples, peppery wood spice, wafts of cinnamon, and nutty barley.
Caramelised biscuits and buttered seedy granary toast.
