Another tasting bottling from Benriach's 16th batch of single cask releases - this time, the whisky was matured in a single Oloroso sherry butt from May 2008 to 2019. Following its 10-year-long snooze, the whisky was bottled at cask strength with an outturn of 634 bottles.

Baked apricot and walnut cake with buttery vanilla demerara sugar and ground nutmeg.
Steamed apricot bread and butter pudding with burnt raisins on top. Dried fruit, nutmeg and walnut linger into the sumptuous finish.
