This Benriach was distilled in November 1990 and aged for 20 years in a single cask before bottling in March 2011. A release of 288 bottles,
Nose notes of cut grass, hints of smoke and rich malt. Notes too of vanilla, and various bourbon-y flavours. A touch of honey and mint as it develops.
Rich with honey, malt and peppermint. Freshly mowed grass, tropical fruit and ginger.
Good length with tropical fruits; pineapple and coconut.
