Step Back in Time is a 12-year-old single cask Ben Nevis matured in a second-fill oloroso hogshead and bottled at 52% ABV, with 300 bottles released. It captures the distillery’s rugged, old school character in full, bottled without chill filtration or colouring.
Grilled pears, prosciutto, tobacco leaf, salted caramel, roasted pineapple.
Sultanas, stracciatella yoghurt, hazelnuts, savoury malt and a meaty edge.
Long, warming and characterful, with nutty sweetness and gentle spice.
