Bourbon
Classically brilliant bourbon cask-matured Ben Nevis single malt. This Highlander was distilled in 2013 and spent the next eight years in a single bourbon barrel, until Chapter 7 bottled it up for the Monologue series, with 267 bottles released at 54% ABV.
Set honey, oily nuts, meadow flowers, and oaky vanilla.
More of that vanilla, pear skin, and creamy porridge.
A dusting of cocoa with citrus peel.
