Single cask Ben Nevis here from Berry Bros. & Rudd! Distilled in 1998, this Highlander spent nearly a quarter of a century in a single hogshead cask until it was opened in 2022. Just 260 bottles were released at a healthy 52.6% ABV.
Pineapple loaf cake, zesty lime curd, and oak char.
More citrus, with ripe banana sweetness, buttery oak, and set honey.
Spicy oak, a whiff of smokiness, and sweet malt.
