A Spirits Shop' Selection bottling from Ben Nevis, this 1997 vintage Highland single malt Scotch whisky was matured in a single hogshead cask (cask 598) and then bottled at 47.6% ABV. There's only 252 bottles of this expression.
Oak spice, stewed fruit, milk chocolate, and Seville orange marmalade.
Toffee apple, toasted almonds, Christmassy spices, and vanilla.
Cinnamon and dried apricot.
