This single cask Ben Nevis was independently bottled by Adelphi. Distilled in 2012, it spent a decade in a single first-fill oloroso hogshead before it was bottled at cask strength, with a release of 248 bottles at 58.6% ABV.
Caramelised nuts, spiced apple, and buttery oak.
Dark treacle, Christmas cake, andn polished oak.
Toasted ginger cake and oily malt.
