Ben Èideann Galilean Ruby
Behold, a Kosher single malt from Ben Èideann! The Highlander was initially matured in American oak bourbon casks before it was transferred to ruby sweet wine casks for a finishing period. The result is a rich, chocolatey dram with some red fruit vibrancy in there too.

Warming, toasty oak spice alongside dusty cocoa.

Strawberry jam and dark chocolate digestives, with rich notes of mocha.
