A blended Irish whiskey from the Barr an Uisce range, which is based in Wicklow (it's on the east coast of Ireland, a bit south of Dublin). Made with 80% grain whiskey and 20% malt whiskey, the blend enjoys a finishing period in Oloroso sherry casks for 6 months before being bottled.
Toffee and milk chocolate, with fruity raisin notes underneath.
Honeyed cereal and floral barley, joined by touches of spiced fruit compote.
Lingering almond pastry notes.
