From the third chapter of Balvenie's extensive and ridiculously cool DCS Compendium comes a 23 year old expression drawn from a single refill American oak hogshead. Chapter Three was titles 'Secrets of the Stock Model', and showcased malt master David Stewart's tough task of controlling the ever-changing variables that impact maturing stocks of whisky. This was distilled on 6th December 1993 and bottled on 19th June 2017.
