Drawn from an refill American oak cask after a lengthy slumber, this expression has taken on oodles of familiar honeyed barley notes, making for a terrific postprandial dram.

Nose
Delicate floral vanilla notes up front, with honeycomb, brioche, cinnamon, and maple syrup in support.
Palate
Treacle tart and more maple syrup, now with walnut, mature oak, and a touch of caraway.
Finish
Sufficiently oaky, with another drizzle of honey.
