12 year old Balmenach single malt, independently bottled by Douglas Laing. This one was aged in a refill hogshead from November 2007 to December 2019, then bottled for the Old Particular range by Douglas Laing, with an outturn of 345 bottles.
Toast with butter, oily nuts, toffee and sliced pear.
Vanilla tablet, milky coffee, banana, a touch of candle wax.
Still buttery, with a hint of sawdust to it.
