The 30 year old is a superb blend from Ballantines that always performs well at awards shows and has impressed us for many a year.
In 1976 I tasted 30 year old Ballantine's. It was the most incredible scotch I had ever tasted and at 79 years old, my opinion has not changed.
It's the best Scotch Whisky I have ever tasted and consumed. As I understand, this is the best mass produced vintage Scotch Whisky in the world.
