This Balblair single malt was bottled up by The Single Cask for the Explorations series, matured in a single Oloroso sherry hogshead for a decade. Just 200 bottles were released at a generous 57.1% ABV. Highland whisky and sherry casks? Yes please!
Juicy dried fruit, tart berries, golden syrup.
Chewy malt, bittersweet cocoa, and plum skin.
